Delivery
- Orders will be send after we have received the full payment including the sending cost.
- The normal delivery period for an address within The Netherlands is 1-3 business days. The delivery time for addresses outside the Netherlands depends on the location, but will always within 30 days.
- If the stated time of delivery is exceeded the purchaser will be informed. In that case the customer may terminate the agreement. If the customer payment has been made, it will be returned within 7 working days.
- The standard delivery cost is €7.50 (20kg) bij PostNL only.
- Delivery charges may vary for packages more than 20kg.
- Free delivery for orders 40 euros and above within Drachten area.
- For the islands in the Netherlands and countries outside the Netherlands, delivery charges may also vary . Please message us for more info.
